Fence Supply Inc. now offers a Price Match Guarantee. We will match any competitors’ price on any product that is the same quality or specifications as what Fence Supply Inc. has in stock. In addition we will discount any product by an additional 10% of the price difference. This only applies to what is currently being purchased and must be brought to Fence Supply’s attention at the time of purchase. There will be no refunds or credits on price matching after the purchase has been made. The customer must bring a current (15 days old or less) estimate from the competitor, and Fence Supply will happily match the price on the specified product(s). At Fence Supply Inc. we strive to have the best quality and prices on all of our products, and this is another way to guarantee to our customers that we are committed to always having the best quality and service at the best price.

Which items does Fence Supply Inc. price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.
Which items aren’t available for price match?
We don’t match our store prices to those on other companies’ web sites for commodity items, such as lumber, steel, and vinyl products. We reserve the right to change the items that will be treated as commodities, items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors. We match Wholesale, Distributor pricing at our discretion, this will be analyzed on a case by case basis.
What if I find a lower price at Fence Supply Inc.?
If you find a lower price in one of our stores, catalogs or on Fence Supply Inc.com, or one of the websites owned by Fence Supply Inc. we’ll gladly match the lower price. If an item is marked “clearance,” the clearance price is only valid for an in–stock product that is marked at that clearance price.
Are delivery charges included in the price match? No.
Are quantities limited on price–matched products? We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Fence Supply Inc. has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
Will you rematch a price match?
Fence Supply Inc. will not price match to a competitor’s price that has already been reduced by a price match.
Online Price Match Procedure
- Select the product(s) and place your order as usual
- Input the URL for the competitor’s product page for the matching item in the Comment field at Checkout.
Make sure that you have entered the correct URL before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for errors in the URL submitted or orders submitted by mistake.
Note: An order that fails to include the URL for the product to match will be processed as a regular order. The product page for which the URL is given MUST have both a product image AND a clearly stated price.
Once your claim has been authenticated by us, a discount equivalent to the price difference will be subtracted from the total amount of the product price. Be aware that the shipping and handling charge may become applicable as a result of the reduced price. If free shipping was offered on this item.
Exclusions for Online Price Match:
- This offer is applicable to online store prices only.
- Wholesale prices with a minimum quantity requirement greater than one are not acceptable.
- The price for a product not available is invalid.
- The competitor’s matching product(s) must be identical to the product you order from us.
- No coupon will be acceptable for price matching orders.
- Allow 24 hours to verify your price matching information.
- We are not responsible for invalid URL provided or removal of the matching product web page within 24 hours.
- If an order includes both price matching and none price matching items, only the price matching item(s) indicated will qualify for discount.
- We reserve the right to cancel any price matching order with unverifiable information.
- If either the URL provided were invalid or the product were found to be not identical at our sole discretion, your order would be canceled. In case of cancellation of your order for any reason, you will be notified by email.
- Online auction prices are not acceptable.
