Refused Orders and Returns
Fence Supply Inc. is offering these items on the Fence Supply Inc. website as is and where is. Unless otherwise specified, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and subject to availability for items offered on the Fence Supply Inc. website. No rain checks will be offered. Fence Supply Inc. can, at its discretion, offer an alternative product. No exchanges or credits will be issued on special-order products. We cannot issue a refund on any shipping fees for returned items, including those incurred in shipping items back to us. Once an order has been shipped, even if not yet received by the customer, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
Before returning any product to Fence Supply Inc. you must call (972) 226-0004 to obtain an RMA Number. RMA Numbers are valid for thirty (30) days only. We will accept no repair items without a valid RMA Number included on the shipping label. If a product purchased from Fence Supply Inc. requires repair, we will handle the repair for you; just request an RMA Number. PLEASE REMEMBER: No exchanges or credits will be issued on special-order products; they must be sent for repair. All items returned for credit must be in like-new condition and able to be resold. If not, they will be refused for credit. No credit will be given on any opened electronics, circuit boards, or electronic repair parts.
